General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the dog school - Laska ​

 

1. Subject of the contract The Laska dog school offers dog training, owner advice and dog care. The General Terms and Conditions regulate the conditions for participation in the services offered. ​

 

2. Registration and conclusion of contract Registration for the dog school offers is done in writing or electronically. The contract is concluded through written confirmation of registration or participation in the training sessions. ​

 

3. Participation requirements Participation requires a valid vaccination, liability insurance for the dog and the dog's health suitability. ​

 

4. Payment Terms The participation fees must be paid before the start of the training. If you do not participate, you are not entitled to a refund.

 

5. Withdrawal and Termination Withdrawal from registered events is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the event (educational walk, joint activities, dog communication course). In the event of later cancellation or non-appearance, the full participation fee will be due. A free cancellation of training lessons (group training and private lessons) is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the training. ​

 

6. Liability The dog school assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage that occurs as part of the dog school activities. The dog owner is liable for his animal. Salome Erosaeva Liakopoulos assumes liability for personal injury or property damage that occurs as part of dog care. The dog school Laska and Salome Erosaeva Liakopoulos assumes no liability in the event of illness or accident of the dog being looked after. The dog owner and the dog's liability insurance cover the costs of the treatments and the procedure. ​

 

7. Data protection The data protection regulations of the dog school are set out in the data protection declaration and are recognized. ​

 

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions The dog school reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated to participants in good time. ​ ​
